What's included
Every residential project is quoted as a complete package. There are no separate charges for the lights themselves, for mid-season repairs, or for takedown. One price covers the season.

- Tree wraps, shrub lighting, wreaths, and lit garland as add-ons

- Unlimited in-season service calls for outages or wind damage
- Takedown in January and off-season storage of all materials
Installed without damaging your home
We use gutter clips, shingle tabs, and ridge clips selected for each surface. Nothing is stapled, nailed, or screwed into fascia, siding, or trim. Runs are cut to length so there are no loops of excess wire hanging at the corners, and all connections are sealed against Kentucky's wet winters.
Color and style choices
Warm white C9 bulbs remain the most requested look because they read as classic from the street and photograph beautifully. Cool white gives a crisper, more modern edge. Multicolor and red-and-warm-white combinations are popular on family homes. We'll show you options during the walk-through and match bulb spacing to the scale of your roofline.
Best time to book
September and October. Installations begin in late September and calendar slots for the first two weeks of December typically fill first.
Two-story and steep roofs
We carry the ladder and lift equipment for tall peaks and steep pitches, so the top of your home gets the same coverage as the first floor.
Repeat customers
Because we store your lights, returning clients skip the design step and go straight to scheduling — and the display fits the same as last year.
