Every quote is all-inclusive: design, commercial-grade lights, installation, in-season service, post-holiday takedown, and off-season storage at no additional charge. Here's where projects typically land.
Classic Roofline

Single-story homes up to about 120 feet of roofline

Two-story homes, peaks, and 120–250 feet of roofline

Estate & Full Property

Large homes, long frontages, and heavy landscape lighting

Prices are starting points, not estimates for your specific home. Final pricing depends on measured roofline length, number of stories, roof pitch, access, and the add-ons you choose. You'll always get a firm written number before anything is scheduled.

How we price
We measure linear feet of roofline, count stories and access points, then add whatever landscape or entry elements you want. Second-story and steep-pitch work costs more because it takes more time and equipment. Travel beyond Warren County may add a small trip fee, which is stated in your quote rather than buried in the total.
Deposits reserve your place on the installation schedule; the balance is due after installation. Specific installation and removal dates cannot be guaranteed. Questions about a number on your quote? Call Daniel Moore at 270-883-1595.
Future seasons
Future-season pricing covers professional reinstallation, maintenance, removal, storage, and replacement of normal-wear components as necessary. If you skip a season and want to take possession of your stored lighting, request it at that time.
