Who we are

Information you give us

When you request a quote we collect your name, phone number, email address, city, property address, property type, the service you're interested in, and any optional details you share (budget range, project notes). We use this only to prepare your estimate, schedule work, and follow up on your request.

Quote submissions are delivered to us by email through our form processor (Web3Forms). We do not sell your information, and we don't add you to marketing lists.

Ad measurement (Meta Pixel) — optional

We use advertising on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram). To understand whether those ads lead to quote requests, we may load Meta's measurement tool, the Meta Pixel, which lets Meta know you visited our site and which pages you viewed. When you submit a quote request, we report a "Lead" event to Meta so our advertising measures real inquiries instead of guesses.

Data shared may include pages visited and your interactions with our forms, and Meta may use it for measurement and ad optimization as described in Meta's own terms.

Your choices and how to withdraw

You can opt out of Meta's use of information for ads through your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences, via the Digital Advertising Alliance's WebChoices tool, or by using your browser's tracking-protection settings.

Withdrawing consent does not affect quote requests or service you've already scheduled.

Other site activity

Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard technical logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and reliability. We keep these only as long as needed for that purpose.

Data retention

We keep quote requests and related correspondence for as long as needed to serve you and for our seasonal records, then dispose of them. You can ask us to delete or correct your information anytime using the contact details above.
